Little Boy Cards Using AUTHENTIQUE papers

Image
Cards using some very adorable pattern papers by Authentique called, "Cuddle Boy" They had a pink version for girls too. I purchased these 12 x 12 inch sheets of paper from my local scrapbook store about a year ago to make a couple of baby shower cards.  After that, I just put the left over sheets in my stash until now.  I do not have a reason to make any shower or baby boy cards, but I was looking through my papers and came across them and I just started to play with them. A few of the supplies I used: rectangle nested die set to cut out some panels, tag dies, paper trimmer, circle dies to fussy cut some of the horse images, sentiment stamps and finally used some NUVO drops .  New to me but I really like this product.  You can make perfect enamel dots in any size you what.  I think I will be buying a few other colors soon.

Brushed Blooms Stamp and Die Set

Here are a few cards that I made using Papertrey Ink stamp and die set called "Brushed Blooms" I hope to continue to make more cards from this beautiful set. I used various inks by Hero Arts and Memento. The pretty pattern paper is a paper pad by StampinUp called "All Abloom".  I added a panel of vellum over the pattern paper and added the flowers.  It gave it and nice look to the cards.  The birthday sentiment is a Hero Arts wood block stamp I purchased at my local Jo-ann's store.

Using Wrapping Paper

A small piece of gift wrap left over.  I used one of my rectangle stitched die to cut out some panels. I ran a few through an embossing folder.  No bad for a last minute card idea.   Stamped sentiments came from Papertrey Ink.
